Kristi and I love to “bench it” when the weather is nice. A much needed board replacement took the bench out of service for a while. After cutting, drilling, sanding, priming and painting, the bench is back in its place in the corner of the yard, just waiting for people to sit on it. It didn’t have to wait long as you can see. There’s nothing like sitting out there in the evening doing nothing. Until the skeeters come!
Here are a couple of views from our bench. The Korean lilac tree smells so good right now while it’s blooming.

I never knew the bench was gone. I'm glad it's back. I can remember being there and sitting out on the bench a few times myself. We sat out there a long time. It was a lot of fun.
